Life as a empath and what the animals have to say

"Empath” is a label that might be used to describe a person who “feels” very deeply. An “empath” is more apt to pick up on the emotional state of others, as well.

Since it is not uncommon to find animal lovers who are empaths (although not all) I asked the animals for their thoughts about how to deal with the sometimes added stress of picking up on other people's energy that can even become harmful to the empath. Also, I ask them to provide some perspective on being an empath in a world in which we must find a way to hopefully care for and serve one another despite our human differences.

Empaths must stay in light and in love and they are then protected as long as they do not give out their own energy to their own detriment trying to fix or save others. That is actually ego.

You must stay in love. Do not look at judgment from others about your gifts and how you operate in the world as anything but something that helps you to really know who you are and what is important to you. As long as you know who you are that is all that matters. Likewise, do not judge those who judge you. It does not serve our planet as a whole to have more of that same negativity.

Elk as representative of a whole

Just to shake things up, I decided to speak with the elk, as elk has come up recently as a source of guidance. To clarify, I did not come across a live elk where I live in NJ. With animal communication you do not have to be in the physical presence of an animal to connect with them. And you can communciate with a species representative of the whole of that species. Quantum physics is a possible source of information about how this works. I highly recommend a book written by fellow animal communicator Amelia Kinkade with the assist of astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell called “The Language of Miracles”. I often suggest this book for people who communicate with animals who have loved ones who do not understand their gifts. It helps to explain on a scientific level, with the assist of quantum physics, how all of this animal communication “stuff” works. Amelia's class was my first in animal communication and where I realized that I had been communicating with animals all of my life.

You have to persist. I walk solidly on the ground. All four hooves. You must do the same, do not be distracted by anything or anyone who tries to take you off track. Just keep going. See my antlers. They are majestic. I am grounded but also my horns reach up to the heavens. I am both spiritual and dealing in the practical. I take care of myself as I journey along in life. I am in balance. Seeking this balance will help those who are sensitives.

You must be who you are. Stay centered and you will not be negatively impacted energetically by those around you.
