The concept of interconnectedness not only with animals (this is an animal communication blog after all) but with people has been at the forefront of my communications lately. It is not unusual for "themes" to arise during certain time periods. While massaging my cat recently, I was given the very strong message, "one touch, if you heal one, you heal all." It became clearer to me that this meant that it starts with just one being receiving healing to then spread that to the next and so on; therefore the importance of helping one being cannot be minimized.
While visiting a friend in Florida
recently, I had the opportunity to speak with a school of sergeant
major fish while we were snorkeling. There was a group of “children”
as I call them that spoke with me. It was wonderful to just get to
float there for an extended period of time and connect with these
beautiful yellow fish with black stripes.
Me: I asked if they would talk with me
and I let them know I was not there to harm them in any way?
Fish: "We know."
Me: "You're beautiful."
Fish: They do not understand this to
mean what I mean. They take this to be appreciation and respect,
though. Which I am also giving to them. "We are not afraid of your kind. You are all
good to us here. We do wish that there was nothing put in by your
kind to our place that doesn't belong her."
Me: I then notice a broken beer bottle
that has settled on the floor in a valley in the reef.
Me: "I was wondering what you think of
God?"
Fish: "That which created us." They send
an image of a huge ball of light that is also sort of clear. It
reminds me of an enormous jelly fish. There really are no words to
describe this. It feels infinite and amazing. It then expands and is filled with a multitude of colors.
Me: I go deeper and begin to feel what
it is like to be one of these fish. I
feeling as though I am "one" with the reef, the water and the ocean in
general. It is incredible as everything I've just been observing up
until now becomes clearer and more detailed but I can also “feel”
the peace and wonder of this ocean in my heart. I watch as the fish, go forward and back, moved by the undercurrent and ask them what this is like for them, since they don't seem to have any control over where they are headed?
Fish: The message I receives can be summarized as this: "It's about patience. Just be. We hang out here until we do something else."
Ending of conversation with fish:
They give a delightful feeling to
me. They are pleased and happy that we are connecting. They want this
and feel it is good for us to do this; to cross over any barriers
between species. They send me the feeling that there is a need for
this to happen more.
Conversation with a spider in the bathtub this morning
Spider: Light and maternal feeling.
Me: "I was wondering if you have any
message?"
Spider: "We are all connected. You see
that in my web. It connects to something and even though I go far
from that (she shows me a tree) I am still connected to that tree.
You're kind/you should remember this." Spider shows me that I've been
thinking a lot about (well, dreading) the upcoming winter and that I
need to consider this.
Me: "We/I should, you are right. How did
you get in here?"
Spider: "I've been here." (I see she
came in on a backpack I took hiking a week ago).
Me: "I will take you outside now."
Spider: "That would be nice."
It's amazing to me to see her float
down on a web she makes as I drop her onto some bushes out the
window. So graceful and peaceful.
